RETURNS:

Disk Dr. and Manu products have a 100% refund of the purchase price within 45 days of the transaction date, if you are not completely satisfied with the product. (minus a 30% restocking fee - refund does not include the cost of shipping).

Thermotex products have a 100% refund of the purchase price within 30 days of the transaction date, if you are not completely satisfied with the product. (minus a 30% restocking fee - refund does not include the cost of shipping).

If returning a product, all duties and / or brokerage fees will be paid by the customer.
